On April 23, 2025, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of Peace Bridge Duty Free Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Kimmel of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Receivership Order").
