On January 3, 2018 msi Spergel inc. was appointed by the Court as Receiver over Ferwin Ventures Capital Inc. (the “Debtor”). The Debtor owns two real properties located at 720 Ouellete Avenue, Windsor Ontario and 785 Goyeau Street, Windsor Ontario.
