On September 11, 2023, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of 2668144 Ontario Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Kimmel of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Receivership Order"). Minden Gross LLP is counsel for RBC and Harrison Pensa LLP is counsel for the Receiver.

The Company's business is operation of an ESSO gas station at 989 Ward Street, Bridgenorth, Ontario.
