On August 3, 2018 msi Spergel inc. was appointed by the Court as Receiver over Union Waterfront Inc. (the “Debtor”). The Debtor owns two real properties located at 12 Lakeport Road, St. Catharines Ontario and 16 Lock Street, St. Catharines Ontario.
