msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") over 10337200 Canada Inc. d/b/a Overland East Transportation (the “Company”) pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice Emery of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") made on January 30, 2026.
