msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of International Trucking Incorporated and 1000563626 Ontario Inc. (the "Companies") pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice Dunphy of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") made on May 21, 2026.
