(“641”) and 7149816 Canada Inc. (“714”). ACIC owns the real property located at 1525 Highway 11, Shanty Bay, Ontario including tenanted commercial property therein. 641 operates an ESSO gas station and convenience store onsite and 714 operated a restaurant onsite.
