Appointed as Receiver and Manager over Roma Premium Meats Limited (the “Debtor”) for the secured creditor over all the assets of the company. The Debtor operated in the business of meat processing, packaging and distribution with liabilities owing to secured lenders of approximately $600,000. Significant assets include meat inventory and processing, grinding, packaging and other support equipment which was operated in a facility of approximately 12,000 square feet in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
