msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") over Premium Tire Sales & Service Ltd. operating as Premium Tire Distributors and Premium Tire & Auto Centre (the "Company") pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice Dunphy of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court") made on September 8, 2026.
