msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") over the real properties located at 146 Dundas Street, Deseronto, ON and 353 Dundas Street, Napanee, ON which are owned by Metamore Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice MacLeod of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") made on March 17, 2026.
