msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") over the real properties located at 8431 Hwy 9, Caledon, ON, 18478 Duffy’s Lane, Caledon, ON, 1104 Four Seasons Road, Severn Bridge, ON, 1064 Baseline Road, Severn Bridge, ON, and 79681 Bluewater Highway, Goderich, ON which are owned by the Companies pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice I.F. Leach of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") made on September 11, 2026.
