On November 14, 2017 msi Spergel Inc. was appointed by the Court as Receiver over King Bay Capital Corporation (the “Debtor”). The Debtor owns a 10 storey commercial building located at 1 St. Paul Street, in downtown St. Catharines, Ontario.
