Appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy for Ideal Graphics Inc. (the “Debtor”). Following the filing the assignment in bankruptcy, also appointed as Receiver and Manager for the secured creditor over all the assets of the company. The Debtor operated in the business of graphic design and printing services with liabilities owing to secured lenders of approximately $600,000. Significant assets include various printing presses, pre-press and bindery equipment which was operated in a facility of approximately 25,000 square feet in Oakville, Ontario.
