On July 26, 2023, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of Dr. Zaboroski Dentistry Professional Corporation, HRMJ Holdings Inc., Balliol Financial Limited and 2037237 Ontario Inc. (collectively, the "Companies") pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice Kimmel of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List).
