msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") over DC Freight Haulers Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice Stewart of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") made on September 8, 2025.

Msi Spergel inc. was previously appointed Monitor over the Company.
