On July 31, 2019 msi Spergel Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (in such capacities, the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Ajax Petroleum Limited (the “Company”). The Company owns real property located at 290 Rossland Road East in Ajax, Ontario (the “Property”) from where it operates an Esso branded gas station and car wash, On The Run convenience store including Tim Hortons Express and Yogen Fruz licenses, and a multi-tenanted small plaza.
