On July 24, 2025, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of Advantage Machine & Tool Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of The Honourable Justice Ian Smith of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Receivership Order").

The Company operated out of their facility located at 155 Huron Road, Mitchell, ON and was a manufacturer of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and providing custom machining, welding, and light services for a number of clients, including automotive, medical and food processing companies.
