msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") over 9259929 Canada Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice MacNeil of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") made on October 2, 2025 but did not become effective until December 16, 2025. The company owns property located at 1203-1215 Cannon Street East, Hamilton, ON, and 32 Barton Street East, Hamilton, ON which is now under the control of the Receiver.
