msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") over real property located at 328 Melvin Avenue, Sudbury, ON which is owned by Mats Moy and Tymeca Chanelle Moy (the “Debtors”) pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice Juginovic of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") made on December 11, 2025.
