On October 13, 2023, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of 1434399 Ontario Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Goodman of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Receivership Order"). The Receivership Order was issued on September 28, 2023 however, pursuant to paragraph 34 of the Receivership Order it became effective on October 13, 2023.
