On March 14, 2014, msi Spergel Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy over the Estate of 1013490 Ontario Ltd. o/a Omega Foreign Exchange Commercial Co. (“Omega”). Omega operated a foreign exchange and wire transfer services business in Toronto, Ontario.
