On application by Royal Bank of Canada, ("RBC") msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of Sardara Transport Inc., 2780785 Ontario Inc. and Payless Tyres Centre Inc. (collectively, the "Companies") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Osborne of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on April 17, 2024 (the "Receivership Order").
